Why do I need an account?

By creating an account you will be able to buy credit and save it towards the things you want. You can monitor your savings, view and track your completed orders and receive weekly offers and discounts via email - To register now Click Here.

Why do I need to buy credit?
Credit eliminates the process of having to fill out your payment details, on our secure server, each time you transfer some or all of it onto the things you want. Our credit system ensures that when you select an amount to transfer onto an item it is processed instantly so no one else can beat you to it- so there's no losing out! To buy some credit now Click Here

How does it work?
Each item for sale on Acombi has "Target Price". This target price is when you will pay for it and it is your goal. To reach it you can transfer from your account onto it by clicking 'Add to my balance' on one of its listings.

 
What is a Target Price?
A 'Target Price' is simply the price of an item. It is your goal when transferring credit toward something you want. Once you have transferred enough credit to reach the target price, the item will be dispatched to your registered address and an invoice sent to your registered email address.

Why can't I pay all at once?
You can if you find a credit transfer that matches the target price on the item you want - one click and it's yours. Our savings and transfer process is simply the only way we, or anyone else, can possibly bring you these extremely low prices. If it were any other way we would just be another shop in the ocean.

Can I get my money back?
Your money - is your money! We wouldn't dream of taking it and giving you nothing in return. You can request a refund on your credit at any time by clicking Reclaim at the top of your screen. You will be presented with a pop-up asking you to confirm or decline your request. After a short period of time your request will be processed and your credit transfers will automatically be removed. Easy-Peasy.

How do I transfer credit onto an item I want? 

Transfers are made by clicking the 'Add to my balance' button on the item you want. The amount displayed will be deducted fom your credit and added to your accumulated balance for that item.

What happens when I transfer credit?
 
By clicking 'Add to my balance' on an item, that amount of credit will be moved from your Acombi account and held against the item you transferred it onto. Each time you do this your transferred credit will accumulate until it matches the items target price.

How many DIFFERENT items can I transfer onto at a time?
You can transfer credit towards as many different items as you want but, it cannot be transferred between dfferent items - unless you reclaim it back into you Acombi account to use again elsewhere.

How many IDENTICAL items can I transfer toward at a time? 
We typically list 12 identical products on each listing page. You can transfer credit onto any of them, in any order you want, until your balance matches the item's target price. If you were to transfer credit accross all 12 listings and reach the target price you would receive 1 of that item, not all 12.

How much does it cost to use Acombi?
Nothing! The amount you deposit is the maximum amount that can be deducted from your credit until you buy more. There are no fees or charges any where on Acombi - Ever! And you can always reclaim your credit at any time.

After I've reached the target price, how long will it take to deliver the item?
All parcels are sent by recorded delivery and take between 2 & 3 days. Please allow a resonable amount of time before contacting us about missing items.

How do I change my account details?
Once you are logged in to your account you can amend your details by clicking on My Account - top left of your screen. You can change billing and shipping details. Change your password, view outstanding orders and order your history. 

Can I sell something on Acombi?

For the time being no. There will be a function to do so at a later date once we have built a Peer-to-Peer service into our system. We apologise for the inconvenience.
